Below are a few shots that Donna shot on the way home yesterday while I was driving.  The fires are very widespread here and the fire headquarters are located at Hansen Dam which is where a lot of the major networks are broadcasting.  Hansen Dam is not quite a mile from work and when I am driving on the 210 Freeway I can look to my left and see all the equipment that is not being used at the moment.  The efforts are massive and the their work is definitely paying off.
Below is an excerpt I found earlier on the web about the area I live and I am VERY relieved to get this WONDERFUL  news!!!! However, there are still a lot of people in harm’s way and please do not forget to pray for them as well as those fighting the fires.  The air quality here still remains in the hazardous zone.
